There's more to Cajuns than just great food, close family and
friends, and an amazing culture. Iron is malleable yet strong, much
like the Cajun people who were forced out of their original home of
“Acadia”, and settled and continue to thrive in the swamp lands of
Louisiana. Crawfish being so closely associated with Louisiana and
Cajun culture, as well as one fine meal, made this an easy
connection. So, the name "Iron Crawfish" was born. |
